Chapter 7 in The Economics of the Global Stock Exchange Industry, 2014, pp 198-225 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this chapter is to carry on an empirical analysis of the economics of the exchange industry. In Chapter 2 we provided a part-overview of the main aggregate performance measures, and focused on a comparison of performances across exchanges belonging to different legal statuses. Now our purpose is to provide more insight into economic performances.
