Chapter Chapter 15 in Commercial Banking in Transition, 2024, pp 305-330 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Climate-related financial risks constitute a significant and distinct challenge for the financial services sector and macro-economy. As such, these risks require responsive action across international organisations, Government, regulatory authorities and central banks. This chapter explores the development of the legal framework and the central banking policy in the UK between 2015 and 2022.
