Abstract:
Abstract Studies on corporate cultureCorporate culture have been carried out for a long time. Corporate culture has been a popular management tool since the early 1980s and, more recently, an intense activity of research on this subject (arisen from the failure of traditional cultural models) turned cultural explanations into a more valuable asset than a simple matter of “claiming the residuals” (Zingales 2015).
