Abstract: Abstract The current Initiatives initiatives by international Institutions institutions to deal with Asynchronous asynchronous Regulatory regimes regulatory regimes for MRLs are explained. The Organizations organizations examined include the Codex Codex, the World Trade Organization(WTO) WTO, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) APEC, and the OECD among others. Despite considerable efforts in these International fora international fora, progress remains a slow and resource intensive process.
