Abstract: Abstract The advent of COVID-19 pandemic brought newer challenges to the workforce in the Information Technology sector in India, but it did not impact the continuity of business because of the technology enabled tools that were provided to the employees. In this chapter, the author will study what types of technology enabled Human Resources Management systems were employed by the organisations in the Information Technology sector in India to facilitate hybrid working and how were they beneficial to the employees.
