Abstract: Abstract The world has been in a financial crisis for a long time. It started in 2008, but it is still unclear when it will be completely over. In this situation, financial institutions need to improve in a drastic way in terms of financial ratios; take strong actions to improve their positions in the markets and become better at coping with their dynamics and the changing socioeconomic factors. This means increasing their revenues and reducing their costs.
