Abstract: Abstract This chapter deals with persons. It goes into the details of the new e-competencies or new profiles and of education 5.0. The chapter analyzes in detail the so-called virtual workers, the person-machine integration and their relevance for banking 5.0. Persons are essential in banking 5.0, as in most other organizations. It is necessary to manage talents and cultural modernization with the same attention and in coordination with solution modernization. Banking 5.0 is a successful way to make work more social, vibrant, productive, effective, and efficient. Talent- and culture-related aspects are top challenges when moving to banking 5.0. Banking 5.0 requires new job profiles, such as artificial intelligence and data scientists. Education 5.0 is essential for the new generations of employees and supports the work transformation in the current workforce and management. This chapter presents advanced methodologies to support human–robot-interaction and collaboration, which are characteristics of banking 5.0.
