Chapter Chapter 3 in Banking 5.0, 2021, pp 55-89 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Any innovation needs to start with a vision of what the organization strategy should be. Banking 5.0 is no exception. This book calls this vision the philosophy of the banking 5.0 transformation. This chapter considers this philosophy and details the steps to define and implement it. The roadmap is essential for assuring the success of the initiative. This chapter also details the critical success factors of a banking 5.0 transition to be successful. Attention is given to the innovation acceptance model to consider all the factors that assure the chosen business model’s acceptance by the customers and the organization.
