Abstract:
Abstract This chapter describes the history of bionics and its fundamentals. It introduces the concept of Bionic Financial Services, including the development of fintech organizations and their categories. It classifies the waves through which fintech organizations have developed over time. The chapter also describes the potential new development of fintech organizations from the point of view of bionic financial services; there is a description of the expected New Normal after the pandemic and the pandemic impact. The chapter stresses the concept of resilience and its relevance in the New Normal.
