Abstract:
Abstract This chapter provides a real-life case study on how to measure a company’s performance using ESG metrics. Here, we mainly select a specific research object, namely SPAC, and comprehensively describe the whole analysis process. This includes the role of SPAC, the history of its development and supervision, and the external metrics of SPAC.
