Abstract: Abstract Does the rise of the information age necessarily increase social inequality and exclusion, as seems to be the dominant trend in the world? In many political circles, it is believed that the answer is ‘yes.’ Many countries have thus chosen the route of competing in the global world by cutting the welfare state.
