Abstract: Abstract This book is about transformation in the framework of European integration. However uncertain the latter has become after the unexpected results of the French and Dutch referendums on the European constitution, the path for the Balkans to European integration is outlined, although the exact track is admittedly uncertain, with the exception of Romania and Bulgaria.
