Abstract:
Abstract In early 2014 many opinions on Ukraine’s prospects sounded a highly optimistic note; two years later one can still repeat some but not all of the reasons for optimism, and not as firmly. There is no question that the inadequate pace of change has revealed a less rosy-eyed scene, and some developments since have led to diminished prospects of a quick success for the revolution.
