Abstract:
Abstract After our discussion of the impact of privatisation and restructuring, as well as of new firms’ entry and entrepreneurship in Chapter 8, we return to these issues to discuss unemployment. In particular, the reasons why labour market outcomes have been so different in various transition economies are explored.
