Abstract:
The European people are not striving so much after establishing and operate small businesses, as the U. S. Americans and the Far Eastern ones, they are not so interested in being independent as those. If Europe would like to compete with US and – on the other hand – with Fare- East, has no other alternative as to find the market niches and stimulate the personal driven small businesses. The question is: How? Is the problem in the difference of economic and sociologic environment, or in the people? It seems, Europeans did not pay enough attention of traits and motivation of people, as it should have been important.
