Abstract:
The family business isn’t just and ordinary business. The family and business life are intertwined. Accordingly, it is important to establish the strategy of both simultaneously, side by side. I am seeking answers to the question of how corporate and family goals can be connected, examining the situation of family businesses in Hungary. My research method was to review the Hungarian and international literature.
