Abstract:
Unemployment is the most common symptom of disequilibrium on labour market and brings various issues of economic, social and political nature. Because of this, actions are taken in order to limit this phenomenon. The most popular tool of intervention into labour market are active labour market policies. Their importance and spending are systematically increasing. Evaluation reports of these actions indicate high employment efficiency, however there is very little data on significance of ALMP for labour market on macroeconomic scale. Hence the aim of this paper is to collect such data and analyse the real influence of active labour market policies on the situation on this market
