Abstract: The Second Volume of the Journal comprises four outstanding original articles from renowned experts, namely Mr. Stefan Ingves, Governor of the Riksbank and Chairman of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision; Mr. Gerald Edwards, Jr., a long-time Chief Accountant of the U.S. Federal Reserve Board and Senior Adviser to the Financial Stability Board; Mr. Karl Frederick Rauscher, First Ambassador and Chief Architect of Cyberspace Policy of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and, a joint article by Mr. Mohd Zabidi Md Nor, Director of Financial Prudential Policy of Bank Negara Malaysia and Mr. Michael Zamorski, Adviser of SEACEN.
