Abstract:
The uncertainty that accompanies the modern capital market leads to change and to create various forms of risk management. These changes indicate the development of countries' financial systems, but also carry risks, resulting in losses in the global economy. The last crises forced to the analysis of the effects of financial instability in various aspects. The monograph takes the current problems of the modern capital market. The authors presented the results of the empirical and theoretical research in the field: the investment portfolio, risk management, investment and pension funds, insurance policies, mergers and acquisitions in the capital market.
