A chapter in The Nigerian National Assembly, 2019, pp 113-123 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The study examines the leadership of the Nigerian Senate since the advent of the fourth republic in 1999. It discusses the various factors- institutional, administrative, political and personality- that triggered the emergence of successive leadership of the Senate, and how that has affected the performance of that arm of government, on one hand, and its relationship with the executive organ of government, on the other.
