Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents the concepts of risk and uncertainty in the context of PPP. At the same time, it presents a list of different risk classifications in project finance that is rarely found in the literature. It indicates the importance of the risk management process in the public sector, including the process of fulfilling the function of public finances. At the same time, the author emphasises the location of the risk management process in the theories of public economics and public finance.
