Chapter Chapter 6 in Public–Private Partnership for Sub-Saharan Africa, 2019, pp 155-174 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents a practical model of the deliberations into the adequacy of the proposed heterodox approach in public finance for the implementation of PPP projects. It points to the process of risk management in PPP projects, taking into account the management objectives of various partners, i.e. public and private, conventional and Islamic. The subject of the analysis is a model of a healthcare institution specialising in the provision of highly specialised medical services in the field of cardiac surgery and rehabilitation.
