Abstract:
Abstract Pan-Africanism is a humanist ideology that longs for Africa’s liberation from imperial domination and for the end of its Nations’ fragmentation. The current situation hinders Africa’s development, because its resources are mainly exploited for the profit of Westerners. Poverty and artificial rivalries create internecine problems and interstate wars that impact societal quietude. They can also be a threat to international peace, since starving Africans, victims of warring gangs and political instability have already been illegally migrating to the developed countries. Helping Africa to unite and develop will allow its emergence for the benefit of its citizens, and permit a new African contribution to universal civilization and world peace.
