Abstract: Abstract This paper selects A-share listed companies in China as a sample to explore the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation. And the time span of data is from 2016 to 2020. Empirical research shows that the innovation level of enterprises can be improved by digital transformation. Meanwhile, digital transformation can alleviate corporate financing constraints and improve the quality of their internal control. Hence, it can enhance the innovation level of enterprises.
