A chapter in Proceedings of the 2025 7th International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME 2025), 2026, pp 224-237 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Based on stakeholder theory and group decision-making theory, this study constructs corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation indicators for manufacturing enterprises, comprising 5 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators, namely responsibilities to shareholders, customers, employees, the government, and society. The weights of each indicator were determined from the perspective of considering expert credibility, ultimately constructing a CSR evaluation system. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, providing direction for the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises.
