Abstract: Abstract From the perspective of self-organization theory, this paper explores the integration path of labor education and students’ labor literacy cultivation. By analyzing the self-organizing system attributes of labor education—openness, nonlinearity, and dynamic balance—and addressing current problems such as cognitive deviations, fragmented curriculum systems, and insufficient home-school-community collaboration, this study proposes optimized paths for curriculum design, collaborative mechanisms, and evaluation systems, aiming to provide theoretical support for constructing an integrated labor education ecosystem.
