Abstract: Abstract This study explores the impact of leadership capabilities, innovation management, and digital transformation on the performance of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), with a focus on the moderating role of organizational agility. As the banking sector navigates rapid technological advancements and changing customer expectations, the ability of banks to adapt and innovate becomes crucial. Utilizing a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling (SEM), the research examines how leadership, innovation, and digital transformation collectively enhance bank performance. Furthermore, it investigates how organizational agility amplifies the effects of these strategic management practices. The findings reveal that leadership and innovation significantly impact bank performance, with agility acting as a key moderator. The study offers valuable insights for both theory and practice, suggesting that an agile organization is better positioned to thrive in competitive, rapidly evolving markets. The implications for strategic management in the banking sector are discussed, particularly in fostering agility and innovation.
