Abstract:
Abstract In recent years, bike-sharing has developed extremely rapidly in China because it is a convenient way for people to travel around the city, but it has caused many problems in the process of development. In order to solve their problems and improve the bike-sharing industry in the future, this paper takes the development status of Hellobike as an example, using SWOT model, PEST model, 4PS model, and STP model, discussing the development status of Hellobike in the environment, putting forward suggestions, and coming to the conclusion that the coordinated management of the government, enterprises, and individuals is needed to better promote the development of shared bikes.
