Abstract:
Abstract Due to the epidemic outbreak, businesses in the catering industry are facing unprecedented challenges. Combined with the previous research on loss avoidance and pricing related to the catering service industry, this paper aims to predict the future market development and find a way to help these companies get out of trouble. In order to achieve this goal, this paper selects Starbucks as the industry representative, analyses its historical data and forecasts its future cash flow, formulates some solutions combined with the loss avoidance principle, and analyses the possible problems and solutions.
