Abstract: Abstract This article intends to analyze the investment risk of the current hot Online survey Services industry, taking the leading enterprise Typeform as an example, and using the POCD theoretical model framework to conduct specific case analysis. In terms of personnel, Typeform has a relatively professional management team and a wealth of relevant industry experience, but it is not outstanding. In the dimension of opportunity, the company has an advantage and has an excellent customer service team. In the dimension of context, Typeform's advantage is not obvious. Although there are few competitors at the same level, the similarity is high and the competition pressure is high. Finally, in terms of DEAL, the company has an advantage and has no bad transaction records. At the same time, the customer response was very good.
