Abstract: Abstract For construction companies, the control of construction costs during the construction of engineering projects determines whether most companies can well achieve their established profit goals. The lack of a complete cost control system and a sound cost control system is the root cause of the poor construction cost control of construction enterprises, which is also a problem for most enterprises. This article combines the COSO internal control system to conduct a simple analysis of the construction cost of the project from five aspects: control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and internal supervision, and proposes some reasonable solutions to the problems.
