Abstract:
Abstract Employee turnover has a negative impact on the organization, which can be seen from the organization’s instability in terms of workforce and the increase in human resource costs in the form of training costs that have been invested in employees to the cost of recruitment and retraining. This research aims to analyze the variables of Leadership, Work Motivation, Compensation, Towards Turnover Intention, Through Employee Job Satisfaction at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai. The population that was studied was all employees of PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai, with a total of 60 people. The sampling technique used in this research is saturation sampling using Path Analysis (Smart-PLS). Research results show that leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai. Motivation has a positive and insignificant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT BPR. Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction through employee turnover intention at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai. Motivation has a positive and insignificant impact on employee job satisfaction through employee turnover intention at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai. Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction through turnover intention at PT BPR NPB 22 Binjai.
