Abstract: ABSTRACT Covid-19 has caused a major shock to economic conditions, including employment. This study aims to analyze the employment conditions of Bengkulu Province, especially the inequality of labor productivity during the post-COVID-19 economic recovery period. The study used data from the Central Statistics Agency related to employment data of 10 districts/cities and Bengkulu Province, with descriptive analysis methods and the Williamson Index. The results showed a decrease in the percentage of informal labor dominated by a decrease in labor in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Business Fields. In addition, labor productivity inequality in 2021 has improved, as indicated by a decrease in the IW rate from 0.47 to 0.44. The economic recovery process marked by an increase in formal sector workers has an impact on reducing labor productivity inequality between districts/cities in Bengkulu Province.
