Abstract:
Abstract This study investigates the impact that transformational leadership has on job performance in the Albanian aviation industry. Existing literature has viewed that transformational leadership has generally a high impact on the performance of the workforce. With the help of quantitative research methodology, an online survey questionnaire provided essential data from 53 participants. This survey measured the possibility of an existing relationship between two main variables. Statistical findings revealed that there is a weak linear relationship between transformational leadership and job performance, but this cannot be considered statistically significant since the p-value (0.616) from the regression analysis is greater than the predetermined level of significance (0.05). These findings are a result of limitations in the sample size (N=53) and the methodology approach. This research paper can contribute to the existing literature on this topic of matter and serve as a guide for further study analysis.
