Abstract: Abstract This thesis examined the fear of failure in start-up actors in the Universitas Andalas business incubator. According to previous research, fear of failure is one of the obstacles in entrepreneurship. This study focuses on the experience of fear and the way respondents understand it so that it will be seen whether there is a role in the incubator regarding the fear of failure experienced by the respondent. The implementation of this research is to encourage start-up actors to be wiser in dealing with the fear of failure, which is perceived as one of the processes in entrepreneurship.
