Abstract: Abstract This report analyses the internal environment of Nintendo by using VIRO and value chain. The results show that Nintendo meets the three conditions of value, scarcity, and inimitability in VIRO but fails to fully utilise these resources. Analysing the stakeholders demonstrates the importance of stakeholders for Nintendo. According to the results of the analysis, all five of Nintendo's stakeholders are very important and can influence Nintendo’s profits to contribute to its growth. Based on the above analysis, it is recommended that Nintendo continue to implement its differentiation strategy, but it needs to refine the strategy.
