Abstract: Abstract This article takes the digital economy era as the background and analyzes the tax avoidance methods of high net worth individuals in China through case studies. Based on the research results of domestic scholars, it analyzes from the aspects of strengthening intelligent identification of tax risks, improving data management, and enhancing the professionalism of tax personnel, and proposes suggestions for improving the tax risk management of high net worth individuals.
