Abstract: Abstract This paper first reviews the history and current situation of tourism development in Zhoushan, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities it faces. Subsequently, this paper discusses the strategic positioning and development direction of Zhoushan in the development of tourism economy, and puts forward measures to strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the quality of tourism services, and promote the integrated development of cultural tourism. Finally, this paper summarizes the path of Zhoushan’s tourism economic development to achieve the sustainable development goals, and provides reference and suggestions for the future development of Zhoushan’s tourism industry.
