Abstract: Abstract Based on the connotation of nature reserve management effectiveness evaluation, the evaluation index of the Management Effectiveness Tracking Tool (METT) released by WWF was improved, and 11 national and provincial nature reserves in the Yellow River Basin in Henan Province were tracked and evaluated. The research results show that the improved METT evaluation index can comprehensively reflect the management effectiveness of nature reserves in the study area.
