Abstract: Abstract At present, there are still some problems in the financing process of China’s new-generation information technology industry. Regional heterogeneity in the scale of exogenous financing, long-term loans tilted toward medium and large enterprises, and fiscal policies that set limits on enterprises’ access to bank loans. The empirical results show that long-term credit loans and mortgage loans from banks have a significant role in promoting the innovation performance of the new generation of information technology industry, while the other explanatory and explanatory variables are not correlated. Based on this, banks need to strengthen the investment of long-term credit and mortgage loan funds to the new generation information technology industry in order to improve the performance of the use of funds.
