Abstract: Abstract This study aims to investigate and discuss the effect of psychological ownership and organizational justice on knowledge-sharing behavior with the perception of organizational support in its moderation role. The number of respondents involved in this research was 300 respondents, all respondents were employees of United Tractors Group. This study is a quantitative approach that uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model) analysis approach equipped by SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 and the result of the analysis in this study shows that psychological ownership and organizational justice have a positive influence on knowledge-sharing behavior. This study also shows that the perception of organizational support has no moderating effect on the relationship-psychological ownership and organizational justice toward knowledge-sharing behavior.
