Abstract:
Abstract This research aims to find out what factors hinder the delivery of electronic goods and analyze steps to improve the delivery process so that it will make it easier for companies to prevent and determine what to do. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with informants and collecting data and analyzing the data using Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. After getting the results, researchers will provide improvement solutions using the 5W + 1H approach. The results obtained from this analysis are that delays in the delivery of electronic goods at PT XYZ mostly occur due to shortages and there are problems with the machine.
