Abstract:
Abstract Currently, cloud computing has become an important factor in promoting organizational agility. It provides organizations with the scalability and flexibility needed to quickly adapt to dynamic markets, optimizes enterprise processes, and improves collaboration and digital decision-making capabilities. This article explores how cloud computing can enhance organizational agility through rapid deployment and reduced process time. By examining the major cloud service models, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), we can better analyze how cloud computing can improve organizational responsiveness and operational efficiency. The article provides a comprehensive look at the opportunities and challenges of cloud computing adoption, including security and reliability, as well as vendor lock-in. The findings suggest that while cloud computing can facilitate the development of dynamic capabilities in firms, its success depends on addressing associated risks and adopting strategic practices that align cloud capabilities with business objectives. This study highlights the importance of cloud computing as a strategic tool to maintain a competitive advantage in a digital and fast-paced market.
