Abstract: Abstract In recent years, the degree of aging in China has been deepening, and the basic pension needs of the people have been increasing, resulting in the situation of “aging before getting rich”. The implementation of the strategy of actively coping with the aging of the population is an important strategic layout of our country to cope with the aging of the population, and the national co-ordination of pension insurance can help to improve its scale effect, share the pension risks and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the pension insurance cause. However, in the process of implementing national coordination, there are many challenges to be faced by the pension insurance industry. However, in the process of implementing the national coordination, it faces difficulties such as the payment pressure of the pension insurance fund and the unclear definition of the responsibilities of the central and local governments, so it is necessary to take measures such as improving the retirement policy and correctly handling the relationship between the central and local governments, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the national coordination of pension insurance.
