Abstract: Abstract Under the current global economic situation and technological development, accurate information-based cost management is crucial for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness; at the same time, with the development of information technologies such as AI, cost management should develop in the direction of intelligence. This paper collects concepts from different data sources and establishes a structured knowledge graph model. Then, based on the constructed knowledge graph, a comprehensive cost analysis model is designed to deeply explore the relationship between cost elements. This comprehensive cost analysis method can provide a scientific basis for enterprise cost control and optimization, and has practical significance for optimizing cost structure and improving management efficiency. With the advancement of technology, this method is expected to be more widely used in enterprise cost management.
