Abstract: Abstract This study delved into the influence of gastronomic experiences within homestay accommodations on guest satisfaction and their intentions to revisit. Gastronomy or culinary is recognized as a fundamental aspect of the travel experience, determine an essential role in shaping guests’ overall satisfaction and their likelihood of returning to a destination. Using mixed-methods approach incorporating surveys and qualitative interviews, this research aimed explore role of gastronomic or culinary experience in generating customer satisfaction for the guest staying in home stay units which will have positive impact on revisit intentions of the guest. For analysing the impact of gastronomic or culinary experience response was gathered from guest who have stayed in home stay units of New Tehri district of Uttarakhand, based on food quality, diversity, authenticity, and overall dining experience. The findings of this study highlight impact of gastronomic experience on overall satisfaction of the guest staying in home stay units which results in positive revisit intention of the guest.
