Abstract: Abstract The escalating menaces of climate change poses significant challenges to food safety, especially in tourist destinations where food borne illnesses can have ubiquitous and arctic consequences. This research paper explores the impact of climate change on food safety in popular tourist locations, sifting how the rise in temperatures, extreme weather events and transposing ecosystems influence food production, storage and consumption habits. Through a comprehensive assessment of current literature and case studies from manifold regions, the study brackets key vulnerabilities in food supply chains including the increased risk of contamination, festering and the proliferation of food borne pathogens. The findings showcase the necessity for adaptive strategies in food safety management, stressing the role of government policies, industry practices and consumer awareness in mitigating risks. The paper concludes with recommendations for up-scaling resilience in food safety systems to fortify public health and sustain tourism in the face of ongoing climate change.
