Abstract:
Abstract This study researches the influence of digital inclusive finance on small and medium-size enterprises’ business performance. The role and mechanism between inclusive digital finance and business performance are explored by constructing a structural equation model. The finding indicates that digital inclusive finance can have direct and indirect effects on business performance. Alleviating credit constraints, alleviating information asymmetry and promoting technological innovation are mediators. The results contribute to the existing academic literature on digital inclusive finance, specifically focusing on SMEs. Furthermore, it provides insights and recommendations for policymakers, financial institutions, and SMEs themselves on how to effectively implement digital inclusive finance over an extended period.
