Abstract:
Abstract This paper discusses the importance and construction details of building the first sustainable development influence evaluation index for China’s automotive industry. The new energy automobile industry faces many challenges in practicing the sustainable development strategy, such as the complexity of the evaluation system, subjectivity, and the lack of a unified measurement standard, etc. Therefore, this paper attempts to construct a comprehensive, scientific, and reliable sustainable development influence evaluation index. The index not only takes into account the negative risks of enterprises, but also fully integrates the Chinese national conditions and international market differences, aiming to provide enterprises with an accurate evaluation of sustainable development. During the construction process, the basic principles of the evaluation system are firstly clarified, including comprehensiveness, scientificity, standardisation, etc., and an index system containing four dimensions, namely, research and development Innovation, product quality, environmental value and social extension, is designed. Through the steps of data processing, model construction and validation, the evaluation results for the sustainable influence of new energy vehicle enterprises are finally formed, providing a reference framework and evaluation standard for the industry.
