A chapter in Proceedings of the 2024 6th International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME 2024), 2025, pp 360-370 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This paper evaluates the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism in Chaozhou under the rural revitalization strategy using data from 2012 to 2022. We employ the entropy method to quantitatively assess integration levels and construct an evaluation index system for these sectors. The analysis shows that while Chaozhou has made progress in integrating agriculture, culture, and tourism, further development is needed and variability exists. A positive correlation between the rural revitalization index and sector integration suggests that the strategy supports this integration. Gray correlation analysis identifies key factors, such as per capita consumption and rural electricity use, influencing sector development. Recommendations include enhancing industrial integration, optimizing infrastructure, improving technology, and leveraging local resources to foster high-quality growth and achieve rural revitalization goals in Chaozhou.
